1. Fee Shedule
   1. Live Cover: Stud fee of $_________ plus 6% GST (includes non-refundable booking fee of $300). Booking fee due upon execution of this contract. Balance to be paid on completion of mare's service; there is a one time covering fee of $250 per breeding year.
   2. Cooled Shipped Semen: Stud fee of $__________ plus 6% GST (includes non-refundable booking fee of $300). Booking fee due upon execution of this contract. Balance to be paid prior to shipment.
   3. Collections: There will be additional charges for each & every collection, shipping, and use of an equitainer, to be paid in advance of every shipment.
   4. Frozen Semen: Fee by private treaty. Mares must be inseminated by a qualified veterinarian. Semen is sold in single doses. There is no live foal guarantee on frozen semen by Tango Selune.
      

2. Contract

   This is a Live Foal Guarantee (LFG) contract given the following conditions:

   1. A live foal is one that stands and nurses with 4-8 hrs of foaling.
      
   2. A mare must have at least 3 anti-abort shots throughout the course of gestation.
      
   3. There must be due care taken at time of foaling.
      
   4. In the event of a dead foal, verbal notification must be given immediately and a veterinary certificate must be issued within one week.
      
   5. Once the above criteria are met, a return breeding will be given, this return must be used within 3 breeding seasons.
      
   6. It is further agreed that should the Stallion die, or become unfit for breeding, then this contract is null and void.
      
   7. The stallion certificate for registration will be issued when the foal is born.
      
   8. The LFG is not applicable to semen from Tango Selune or Elute.
      
   9. The stallion owner reserves the right to negate the live foal guarantee in the case of inappropriate broodmare management or unpaid fees.
   10. Armstrong Farm may extend the contract further on an annual basis for an additional booking fee if the circumstances warrant.
       

3. Mare Care
   1. You will provide a negative "Cervical Culture" certificate.
      
   2. You will provide a negative "Equine Infectious Anemia" (Coggins test)(live cover only).
      
   3. Hind shoes must be removed (live cover only).
      
   4. In the event of an emergency, if a veterinarian or farrier is required for mare or foal, these services will be at the mare owner's expense.
      
   5. Foaling out services are available upon request.
      
   6. Mare care is $30 per day.
